Surveillance is the most publicized and recognizable form of private investigation. It is a complex business, and the only way to learn how to do it properly is through practice. Each of our surveillance technicians conduct more than 1,000 hours of surveillance per year. We are experienced in foot surveillance, moving vehicle surveillance, and stationary vehicle surveillance. Our experts are well versed in the art of big-city surveillance as well as the subtleties of rural surveillance.

Our Surveillance Rates:
Our "per hour" investigations are billed at $65 to $70 per hour plus a mileage fee of $.47 per mile. When a second investigator is needed, we will not double bill our hourly rate, we will give you a discount on the second investigator at 1/2 our initial rate. We also have very competetive day rates, as follows:

Full day rate (including up to 100 miles) - $550 plus tax
1/2 day rate (including up to 50 miles) - $275 plus tax

* "Full day" is at least 8 hours, "1/2 day" is between 4 and 5 hours
* Additional mileage billed at discounted rate of $.35 per mile
* Texas sales tax applies to all services performed in the state regardless of the client's location

Why We Use Two Investigators:
We will not mislead clients about the cost of an investigation. Most moving surveillances in the greater Houston area will require two investigators in separate vehicles. Many companies will tell you they can do the job with just one investigator, but they are either over confident in their abilities or they are willing to gamble with your dollars.

In a city the size of Houston, with traffic, construction, gated communities, one way streets, and other pitfalls, we find that the job gets done faster and better with two sets of eyes. Plus, with two investigators on the job there is less of a chance the subject will notice the surveillance. We will be honest and up front with you as to whether or not we think your particular surveillance will best be served with one or two investigators.

To facilitate surveillance we utilize state of the art equipment, including: gps, wireless video sytems, personal body cameras, micro-digital cameras, infrared cameras, and video and still cameras.

We offer our clients the option of standard 35mm photographs, digital still images, VHS video, or digital video burned onto a CD Rom. We can help you install that hidden camera and even sweep your home, office or vehicle for devices that others have hidden.

You will find we are more experienced and in the long run, more affordable than other firms!
